During his visit in Mahiyanganaya ,Hon.Karu Jayasuriya has met

Vanniyalaththo and his men.Vanniyalaththo explained their difficulties

facing under the present government."The government has restricted our

traditional activities.The wildlife officials arrest our people when they

hunt animals.We do not allow to go to the forest." said Vanniyalaththo.Hon.

Jayasuriya promised to assure Vaddas rights under U.N.P government."we have

to ensure not only your rights.Law and order to be enhanced and the good

good governance to be restored in the country"said Hon. Jayasuriya.
