Chief Guest at Polonnaruwa Royal College 50th Anniversary Celebration.
President Maithripala Sirisena presided over the 50th anniversary celebration of the Polonnaruwa Royal College this (09.02.2015) morning. The President also declared open the technological faculty of the college. To commemorate the event, President also planted a sapling at the school premises.
Minister of Education Mr. Akila Viraj Kariyawasam, North Central Chief Minister Mr. Peshala Jayaratne, Parliamentarian Siripala Gamlath and Chandrasiri Sooriyarachchi were also present.
